Ooh, I'm definitely going to try this! I recently started making a similar egg-centric dish (http://smittenkitchen.com/2010/04/shakshuka/), but I think this one looks even more delicious.
Mmmh-hmm, can't go wrong with smitten kitchen. The great thing about this dish, is that it is super easy. I had an eric ripert egg dish that was similar, too...but it was so complicated! This went together and was cooked in about 30 min. Let me know how it turns out for you, if you try it!
